non-text version

Welcome to the Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women

The Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women is an integral component of the University of Toledo under the Office of  Provost for Academic Affairs. Its purpose is to serve the women of the University and the larger Toledo communities by advocating for women’s equity in education, work, and health.

The Center was founded in 1978. In 1980 it was renamed in honor of Catharine S. Eberly, who helped to establish the Center and who served with distinction as a Trustee of the University of Toledo from 1974 - 1979.
